Commercial Lender

Commercial Lender
Where can I get training to be a loan officer in New York?

I'm thinking about a career change, choosing a lender for be commercial, instead of a mortgage lender if there is any difference. If possible, what are the fees, licenses, etc.. Thank you.

No There are licensing requirements to become a commercial lender, but the training much more than a mortgage lender. Major problems in commercial loans are cash flow business, cash flow available for debt service, the current ratio, debt / value, understanding of corporate balance sheets and statements financial, and understanding of their niche (eg, construction, equipment, working capital, asset-based Lending, etc.). I take a look at the RMA websites and / or shockproof.biz, which should give you an idea of what you need.
